[NEWS] Park Jungmin Won Lawsuit Against His Agency

Idol group SS501 member, Park Jung Min (25), had won the lawsuit against his agency CNR Media for the suspension of his contract.

On 31st July 2012, according Seoul Central District Court, Law article 50 Section IV, the Seoul Central District Court commented that Park Jung Min had successfully won the application for suspension of the ban on exclusive contracts with CNR Media.

Today, a co-worker together with Park Jung Min told StarNews: "Park Jung Min had finally won the lawsuit.. He (Park Jung Min) had a very hard time during the lawsuit period but it all ended with a well. This is really great."

Due to the reason of not receiving “Appropriate Distribution of Income”, Park Jung Min had decided to apply a lawsuit to the Seoul Central District Court in April 2012 this year.

Park Jung Min commented that "According to the contract with CNR Media, the Domestic revenue is 80% to 20%, while the Overseas revenue is 50% for both parties. However, apart from receiving 150 million from CNR Media, he did not anymore received anything further than that."

Park Jung Min had signed the contract with CNR Media at the end of 2010. This agency is cooperated with Taiwan drama producer (Comer-Ritz) and Roy Media of Korea. Park Jung Min had decided signed the contract and joining the agency as he wants to participate in Asia activities, as well as filming Taiwan drama as well.

Anggota dari grup idola SS501, Park Jungmin (25), telah memenangkan gugatan dengan agensinya CNR Media untuk penghentian kontraknya.

Pada 31 Juli 2012, menurut Pengadilan Pusat Distrik Seoul, UU pasal 50 bagian IV,  Pengadilan Pusat Distrik Seoul berkomentar bahwa Park Jungmin telah berhasil memenangkan permohononan penangguhan larangan  atas kontrak eksklusif dengan CNR Media.

Hari ini, seorang rekan kerja bersama-sama dengan Park Jungmin mengatakan kepada StarNews: "Park Jungmin akhirnya memenangkan gugatan itu. Dia (Park Jungmin) memiliki waktu yang sangat sulit selama periode gugatan tapi semua berakhir dengan baik. Ini benar-benar bagus."

Karena alasan tidak menerima "Pembagian Penghasilan Semestinya", Park Jungmin telah memutuskan untuk menerapkan gugatan ke  Pengadilan Pusat Distrik Seoul pada bulan April 2012 lalu.

Park Jungmin berkomentar, "Menurut kontrak dengan CNR Media, pendapatan dalam negeri adalah 80% sampai 20%, sedangkan penghasilan luar negeri adalah 50% untuk kedua belah pihak. Namun, selain menerima 150 juta dari CNR Media, dia tidak lagi menerima apa-apa lebih jauh dari itu."

Park Jungmin telah menandatangani kontrak dengan CNR Media pada akhir tahun 2010. Agensi ini bekerja sama dengan produser drama Taiwan (Comer-Ritz) dan Roy Media dari Korea. Park Jungmin telah memutuskan untuk menandatangani kontrak dan bergabung dengan agensi tersebut karena ia ingin berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Asia, serta bermain di drama Taiwan juga.
