Survey ini diadakan di Bugs Music Bugsvote dari tanggal 14 Juni sampai 21 Juni. Nominasinya termasuk Leeteuk, Kim Hyun Joong (SS501), Jung Yonghwa (CN Blue), Leejoon (Mblaq), TOP (Big Bang), Kim C adan beberapa penyanyi pria lainnya. *Pak RT masuk !!*

Leeteuk yang berada di posisi nomor 1 menerima 58% dengan voting berjumlah 2760 orang dari total orang berjumlah 4760 orang. Pak RT mendapat posisi kedua menerima 22% dengan total orang memvoting 1019 orang, *gapapa deh..yang penting masuk urutan 2 T.T* menunjukkan perbedaan jumlah yang sangay jauh dengan posisi nomor 1-nya yaitu Leeteuk.
