[NEWS] SS501 Kim Hyun Joong Sedang Meninjau Naskah Drama “Conquest Of The City”
Banyak yang menaruh perhatian apakah Kim Hyun Joong akan kembali ke layar kaca sebagai aktor lewat drama ‘Conquest of the City’.
Agensinya, KeyEast, mengatakan pada TV Report 6 April,
“Belum final. Dia menerima banyak tawaran kasting dan yang ini salah satunya. Sampai sekarang kami masih mempertimbangkannya.”
Komik ini diterbitkan sejak 1996 dan 270 seri telah terjual 10 juta kopi.
Akting terakhir Kim Hyun Joong adalah dalam drama ‘Playful Kiss’ di MBC, tahun 2010.
Dia akan membintangi ‘Speed’, tetapi harus melepasnya karena jadwalnya yang padat.

Many are interested in whether Kim Hyun Joong will come back to the small screen as an actor through the upcoming drama ‘Conquest of the City’.
His company, Key East, told TV Report on April 6th, “Nothing has been finalized. He has been receiving a lot of casting calls and this one is one of them. We are looking at it, as of now.”
‘Conquest of the City’ is a comic-turned-drama that talks about the evil and the unlawful aspects of society. The comic has been published since 1996 and the 270 issues have sold 10 million copies.
Kim Hyun Joong’s last acting gig was ‘Playful Kiss’ on MBC, back in 2010. He was going to star in ‘Speed’, but had to let it go because of his busy schedule.

Dalam konferensi pers drama mendatang SBS Plus "I Love You", SS501 Kim Hyung Joon bicara tentang perannya sebagai seorang ahli komputer yang jenius. Kim Hyung Joon berperan sebagai Jung Min Chae, seorang programer komputer jenius yang lulus dari Universitas Nasional Seoul.
Kim Hyung Joon berkata, "Aku suka dengan image 'jenius'. Aku tahu ini hampir mustahil bagiku disebut jenius dalam kehidupan nyata. Pada awalnya aku cemas akan peran ini, karena Jung Min Chae punya segalanya, tapi ketika aku berlatih dan mendalami karakter, aku merasa lebih tertarik lagi dengannya dan sekarang aku suka peranku." Dia menambahkan bahwa dia hanya seorang mahasiswa biasa dalam kehidupan nyata, tidak gagal, tetapi tidak unggul di mata pelajaran apapun.
Ini kedua kalinya Kim Hyung Joon berakting. Dia memulai karir aktingnya dengan "Glowing She" pada Januari. Dia menyatakan, "Aku lebih gugup dari pertama kali. Aktris Kim Yoon Suh juga akan terlibat dalam drama ini bersama Kim Hyung Joon, membawa komponen cinta anak muda ke dalam acara ini.

At the press conference of upcoming drama SBS Plus "I Love You," SS501's Kim Hyung Joon talked about his role as a computer genius. Kim Hyung Joon plays the role of Jung Min Chae, a genius computer programer who graduated from Seoul National University.
Kim Hyung Joon said, "I love the 'genius' title. I know it's nearly impossible for me to be called a genius in real life. I was worried about this role at first, as Jung Min Chae has everything going for him, but as I practiced and got into the character, I felt more intrigued by him and now I love my role." He added that he was only an ordinary student in real life, not failing, but not excelling at any particular subject either.
This is Kim Hyung Joon's second time acting. He started his acting career with "Glowing She" in January. He stated, "I was more nervous than the first time. I contemplated and studied a lot for this role. I want to show a completely different and new side of me as an actor through 'I Love You.'"
"I Love You" will portray heartwarming love stories of four socially marginalized elderly individuals in the twilight years of their lives as well as lively youthful love of younger generation. "I Love You" is based on the webtoon with the same title, drawn by Kang Full. The webtoon was previously made into a movie and drew much attention. Actor Lee Soon Jae, who was also featured in the movie version of "I Love You," will play the same role in the drama. Actress Kim Yoon Suh will also be in the drama with Kim Hyung Joon, bringing in the young love component to the show.
